Great food, I have very high standards for tacos and they were delicious, full tacos with lots of everything I especially loved how much cilantro they added. Definitely will be going again well worth the money for the great food and its fair pricing.

Best Mexican restaurant in Auburn HANDS DOWN! Their lengua(beef tongue) is to die for! I also love getting something as simple as some rice and beans and a few flour tortillas on the side. I would recommend you try this place and tell all your friends too!

El Portal is my favorite burrito in town. They have beautiful tortillas, and whatever you choose inside is always delicious. My favorites are the veggie and the Chile verde. I also always get their chips and salsa. The salsa is a little spicy and full of diced onions. Mmmmm.

Great tasting food at affordable prices. I stopped in for lunch and had the special, super quesadilla with al pastor. The al pastor was excellent with the perfect amount of spices. The staff was very friendly and chatted with me about the restaurant. A good place to stop for lunch on a drive over the Sierra Mountains.

We visited this location on our way back from a vehicle purchased and let me tell you i loved the customer service and the food was delicious. Totally recommend this place for a quick bite
